What we collect
When you contact us or request blood, we keep the details you submit: your name, email, phone number, and your message, including the blood group and hospital if you mention them.
When you register as a donor, we keep your name, phone number, blood group, area, and availability so our coordinators can reach you when a matching request comes in.
What we show publicly
The public donor directory deliberately shows as little as possible: a first name, a blood group, and whether the donor is currently available. Phone numbers are never published — every introduction goes through a coordinator, and the donor agrees before their contact details are shared with anyone.
The donor directory page is also marked to be excluded from search engines, so a donor's name cannot be surfaced by searching for them.
How we use it
Only for coordinating blood donations: matching requests with donors, making introductions, and following up on your messages. We do not sell information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to blood support.
Cookies
The public site works without tracking cookies. A single authentication cookie is used by our own coordinators to sign in to the admin area; visitors are not tracked.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to update your details, mark you unavailable, or remove you from the register entirely — one message is enough. The same applies to messages you've sent us: ask, and we delete them.
